Our inventory management program removes the burden of maintaining inventory levels from our customers, allowing them to focus on what they're good at: manufacturing!

Acquisition Costs
We monitor inventory levels to your desired and comfort level. We do not have a "one size fits all" approach. We tailor plans to your company's needs.

Receiving, Inspection, Put Away
We take inventory from dock to stock. With our customer's approval, we manage receiving inspection, and quality control as well as putting the inventory in the proper location within your facility from a central stores area to multiple staging locations or directly to the line.

We have a unique inventory program to provide you the highest service and quality while maintaining a constant supply of production parts.

ZERO Carrying Cost
CIP inventory remains our property until removed from the in-house inventory location and entered into production. This eliminates your inventory carrying costs and quarterly taxes, freeing up additional dollars for you. According to the National Association of Purchasing Managers, this can vary from twenty-one to twenty-nine percent of the total inventory value!

Planned Inventory
CIP looks at the annual usage of production parts and allocates releases based on customer production requirements. Inventory levels at customer facilities are small, saving on space.

Reduced Acquisition Costs
CIP reduces the "hidden costs" of inventory management. Valuable time lost in managing inventory, issuing purchase orders or general upkeep can now be focused on value added work.

Custom Built Program
We customize CIP programs to match your needs. Items such as box quantity and part reorder point are determined at the beginning of the program, and offer flexibility based on your changing requirements.

We offer our customers application engineering support. Our staff works with your engineering group to identify part and process improvement within the class "C" component commodity.
